Note From Pastor

Week of August 22, 2010 

What a wonderful day it is to be a Christian and be in the house of the Lord. It is a great honor for us at CHBC to be placed in the trust to serve you here today. I pray that we can meet the spiritual needs that the Lord bought you here for and that we can be a blessing to you through the teaching, preaching, and living of the Word of God!

Pray for the visit of Dr. Mike Baldwin to the Church to work with our choir next week. We are preparing our voices for the upcoming events to include the rehearsal for our first cantata, pray that all goes well. This practice will be coming at a busy time with the wedding of April Gilbert happening on the 28^th of August 2010.

I want to take a moment to thank all who were able to come out yesterday to help with the cleanup and touch-up that was done at the church. Your help was and is greatly appreciated!

Once again, you who are here and you who are watching on the internet, we want to thank the Lord for you choosing CHBC to serve with. We do not take it for granted but count it a privilege to worship the Lord with you. We know that you are a blessing to us today.
